HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
This is easy, once you have registered you can place an order online by browsing through our product department. Click on an item and ‘Add to Cart’. Continue shopping for additional products or view cart to proceed to check out. Please note bulk drop orders attract a lower price, so advise us of your usage and requirements.
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART?
After you 'Add to cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the 'Cart Contents/Checkout' button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on 'remove' and then update.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Checking out is easy: Go to 'Cart contents/Checkout' to review your order.
Freight is not automatically calculated as you check out. This is based on weight and location. After you have checked out, freight will be calculated and you will be notified.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Depending on the agreement arranged with the customer payment will made either by direct bank deposit, Credit Card or Cheque.
HOW CAN I BE SURE MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail please send us an email to let us know.
