1. Orders & Deliveries

We have a minimum order of $33 (excl freight). Orders will not be sent until payment has been made and cleared in our account.

Orders can be placed via the shopping cart on this web site; by email; by fax; or by phone.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Essential Oils and Soap cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.

We do not back order.

2. Cancellation

Orders for standard stocked items can be cancelled up to point of despatch, but not after goods are in transit. A restocking fee of $20 applies is stock is returned due to an error on the customers part.

3. Prices & Payment

The price of items is the current price at time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted.

Personal cheques and money orders are accepted for on line purchases, but proceeds must be cleared prior to order despatch.

4. GST Information

Prices displayed on the website are GST INCLUSIVE.

5.Freight

Prices do not include freight.  We generally use Australia Post and Fastway, whichever is the cheaper.  If you prefer to use your own carrier, please let us know.  Freight will be calculated on receipt of your order.  Please note you need to request registered post for Australia Post parcels if you wish to have your item tracked.  This costs an additional $2.85. We accept no liability for any loss incurred due to non-delivery of Australia Post items which are not registered.  Fastway automatically provides tracking information.

6. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your goods please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund your money.  Goods must be returned in tact.
