Peppermint Foot Balm

This is a simple, effective recipe to soothe tired, sore feet.

118gms shea butter

118gms coconut oil

25mL apricot kernel oil

25-30 drops peppermint essential oil

Melt shea butter and coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat.

Remove from heat once melted and add apricot kernel oil.  Stir until it starts to thicken and when cool add peppermint essential oil. Keep mixture in an airtight container, away from heat.
